From WCSARP to CVPC. Why?

The name, chosen by coalition members during the April 20 meeting, is short and to the point:

• we reach beyond one county

• we focus on preventing morbidity and mortality and promoting healthy communities

• we are an effective coalition

• and we look to remove stigma about substance use disorders from our communities.

Thank you—all of you—who have worked with and connected with the coalition over the past 7 years. Every relationship has led to new strength.
